Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Accounting and Book-keeping Service. We are looking for Provision of Accounting Services.

Scope:
1. Experienced and qualified firms for state accounting services
2. Produce an Excel model and prepare the Annual Financial Report
3. Accounting staff on the content, methodology and process to utilize the bridge between the Report Model and the Annual Year End Trial Balance
4. To create an in-house capability of preparing an consistent with reporting requirements
5. Preparation of a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for municipalities and / or government entities, particularly those who provide utility services to their citizens.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 13, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
